Refund policy

At Naario, we take great pride in the quality of our food products. Since we
deal in consumable food items, our return and refund policy is designed to
protect you in genuine cases while ensuring food safety standards are
maintained.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Since all Naario products are consumable food items, we do not accept
returns based on change of mind or personal preference. Returns are accepted
only in the following circumstances:
- The item received is damaged
(physically broken, leaking, or compromised packaging)
- The item
received is incorrect (different product or variant from what was ordered)
- The item received is expired at the time of delivery
- The item
received has an expiry date that is unacceptably close to the date of
delivery, leaving insufficient time for reasonable consumption
In all
other cases, items once delivered cannot be returned.
SECTION 2 - NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The
return request is raised after 3 days of delivery
- The product has been
opened, used, or partially consumed (except where the defect or issue is only
apparent upon opening)
- The product was purchased on sale or as part of
a bundle marked as non-returnable
- The complaint is regarding taste,
flavour, texture, or personal preference, as these are subjective in nature
and adequately described on our product pages
SECTION 3 - HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
You may raise a return request through any of the following methods
within 3 days of delivery:
- Email: Write to us at
support@naario.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear
photographs of the item and packaging
- Phone: Call us
at +917394934310 during business hours

Your Naario Account: Log in at
account.naario.com
using your registered email address, navigate to your orders, and select the
return option if your order is within the return window. You will be prompted
to submit photographs and the reason for your return directly through the
portal.
Do not ship any item back without receiving written approval
from us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
SECTION 4 - EXCHANGES
Upon approval of your
return request, we will send a replacement of the same product. If the product
is out of stock at the time of your return, a full refund will be issued
instead. We do not offer exchanges for different products or variants.
SECTION 5 - REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only
when a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability, or in other
circumstances at our discretion. Once approved, refunds will be processed as
follows:
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
to the original card

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.): 2–3 business days to the
original UPI account
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
to the original bank account

Cash on Delivery: Refunded to your Naario Store Wallet within
2–3 business days. Store Wallet credit can be applied towards your next
purchase on naario.com.
Refund timelines are subject to your bank
or payment provider's processing times, which are outside our control. You
will be notified by email once your refund has been initiated.
SECTION 6 - CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be
cancelled only before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact
us immediately at support@naario.com, call us at +917394934310, or use our
Contact Page
with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be
cancelled and must go through the return process if eligible.
Refunds
for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the
original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before
dispatch will be refunded to your Naario Store Wallet.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 8 - CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in
this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act,
2019, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, or any other applicable Indian
law. If you believe your statutory rights have been violated, you may contact
the relevant consumer forum or the Food Safety and Standards Authority of
India (FSSAI).
