Shipping policy

Please read this policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is accepted.
During sale periods or high-demand events, processing times may be longer than usual. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. We also ship internationally — please reach out to us via our Contact Page to enquire about international delivery options and charges before placing your order.
Certain remote or restricted areas within India may have limited serviceability. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of checkout or after order placement.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING METHOD AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We currently offer Standard Shipping on all domestic orders. Estimated delivery times vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and circumstances outside our control.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Standard shipping charges range from ₹19 to ₹29 and vary by destination state. The exact charge applicable to your order will be shown at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹399 for deliveries within Delhi, and on orders above ₹439 for deliveries to all other states.
All shipping charges are inclusive of applicable GST.
For international orders, shipping charges will be communicated separately. Please contact us via our Contact Page before placing an international order.

SECTION 5 - SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at https://fship.in/ordertracking.
Please allow up to 24 hours after order processing for tracking information to become active.

SECTION 6 - DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or any other events beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@naario.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

SECTION 7 - DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery if the packaging is visibly tampered with or broken. If damage is discovered after opening, please contact us at support@naario.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

SECTION 9 - FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before marking the shipment as undeliverable. In the event of a failed delivery, the courier may leave a notice with instructions. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by you, re-shipping charges will apply.

SECTION 10 - INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Naario is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@naario.com. We will attempt to correct it, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
