Aloo ka raita

Ingredients -ย 

Plain curd 400 gm
Boiled potato 2 small {diced}
Chopped coriander hand full
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon {roasted}
Green chili 1 small {chopped}
Naario himalayan pink salt- as per taste
Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon {kali mirch powder}
Curry leaves 3-4 chopped {kari patta}

Procedure -

1. First of all, put curd in a mixing bowl & then whisk it until its get's a smooth texture.
2. Now add boiled & chopped potato with green coriander in it.
3. Now add green chili, cumin powder, pepper powder & curry leaves.
4. Mix all very nicely
5. Now add pink salt & mix again-Mix salt only when you want to serve, otherwise the curd will leave the water
6. Then take raita out in a bowl, sprinkle some coriander & red chili powder on it.
7. Now our Vrat wala Aloo ka Raita is ready to eat & serve.
