Questions people actually ask

Honest answers. No marketing speak.
  • Real grains only. No whey, no isolate, no concentrate. The 8g comes from black chickpeas, soybean and oats - naturally high-protein grains. No powder added at any stage.

  • Yes but with one instruction. Use warm water, not cold. Cold water doesn't bind the grain blend and the dough will break. Warm water fixes this completely. Everything else stays the same as your regular atta.

  • A wheat roti gives 2-3g. A protein bar gives 10-12g but costs ₹60-80 and is a processed supplement. 9-in-1 gives 8g in the roti you're already making, at ₹8 per roti, from real food. Three rotis a day is 24g of plant protein without changing your routine.

  • Yes. No wheat, no refined flour, low GI - blood sugar absorption is significantly slower than a wheat roti. Consult your doctor for specific portion guidance.

  • Slightly nuttier than plain wheat. Not dramatic. Most families don't notice until they're told.

  • Roasting locks in heat-sensitive nutrients that milling destroys and improves gut digestion. Most protein attas skip this step because it costs more.

  • Nine grains, all roasted, no fillers. Approximately ₹8 per roti versus ₹5–6 for regular atta. Compare that to the cost of a protein supplement delivering the same amount.
