Multigrain Desi Paneer Tacos

Ingredients - 

- 1 cup Maida all purpose flour 

- 1/2 cup 9 grain flour

- 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour

- 1 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp Baking powder

- 2 tbsps Vegetable oil

- Paneer, onion and capsicum and other veggies for filling

Method -

Step 1 :

Add the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix it well and add the oil.

Step 2:

Mix the oil into the flour with finger tips.

Step 3:

Using as much hot water as required, make a smooth pliable dough.

Step 4:

Keep this covered with a damp kitchen towel and allow dough to rest for 30 minutes - 1 hour.

Step 5:

Make 12 equal sized balls and roll out each one quite thin.

Step 6:

On a hot griddle, cook both sides of the tortillas and keep aside covered by kitchen towels, until they need to be used.

Step 7 :

Sauté yogurt and spice marinated paneer , onion and capsicums and serve warm with chutney!
